How to reach the venue

By Train

From Termini Station:

Take Metro Line A (direction Battistini) and get off at the “Cipro” stop.
Once out of the station, take bus number 913 (direction Piazza Mancini) and get off at the “Trionfale/Monte Mario” stop.
Forte Trionfale is located a few minutes walk from the bus stop.

From Tiburtina Station:

Take the Metro Line B (direction Laurentina) and get off at the “Termini” stop.
Follow the instructions above to get from Termini Station.
By subway and bus

By car

From the North (Florence):

Take the A1 highway towards Rome.
Enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and take exit 6 “Flaminia” towards the city centre.
Continue on Via Flaminia Nuova until you reach the Tangenziale Est, then follow the signs for Via Trionfale.

From the South (Naples):

Take the A1 highway towards Rome.
Enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and take exit 1 “Aurelia” towards the city center.
Continue on Via Aurelia, then take the Tangenziale Est and follow the signs for Via Trionfale.

From the East (Pescara):

Take the A24 highway towards Rome.
Enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and take exit 8 “Salaria” towards the city center.
Continue on Via Salaria, then take the Tangenziale Est and follow the signs for Via Trionfale.

From the West (Civitavecchia):

Take the A12 motorway towards Rome.
Enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and take exit 1 “Aurelia” towards the city center.
Continue on Via Aurelia, then take the Tangenziale Est and follow the signs for Via Trionfale.

By airplane

From Fiumicino:

Take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station.
Follow the instructions to get from Termini Station described above.

From Ciampino:

Take a Terravision or SIT Bus Shuttle bus to Termini Station.

Important Notes

Parking: Forte Trionfale has a parking area with limited spaces. We recommend arriving early or using public transport.

No, entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. The ticket must be presented at the entrance.

Security checks will be carried out at the entrance. It is forbidden to bring food, drinks, weapons, pyrotechnic materials and dangerous objects. The organizer reserves the right to carry out checks on the bags.

Are there any clothing restrictions?

Yes, access may be denied to those wearing clothing with inhumane, racist or homophobic statements.

Can I bring food and drinks into the event?

No, it is forbidden to bring in food and drinks. Refreshment points will be available within the exhibition area.

Can I take photos and record videos during the event?

Cell phone photography for private use is permitted. Commercial use of photos and videos is prohibited without the written consent of the organizer.

Can I smoke inside the event?

Smoking is only possible outdoors. Smoking is prohibited inside the building.

How can I get to the event?

Is it possible to get a refund if access is denied?

If access is denied for important reasons (for example, state of intoxication, inappropriate clothing), there will be no refund of the ticket.

Yes, pets are allowed in the exhibition area.

What are the exhibitor's responsibilities regarding his stand?
What are the exhibitor’s responsibilities regarding his stand? Exhibitors who intend to design a customized configuration must present the declaration of conformity with Ministerial Decree 37/08 for the entire duration of the exhibition. Failure to present this certificate will result in the organizer rejecting the configuration without the right to a refund. The exhibitor is responsible for setting up the allocated area and must ensure that this does not cause damage or injury to other exhibitors, visitors or the event venue. The use of suspended objects, pyrotechnic materials or explosives is prohibited.
What materials should I use for my stand?
The exclusive use of materials compliant with current European regulations on fire safety is mandatory. The exhibitor is responsible for the materials displayed and for any damage or injury caused to people or structures.
Can I share my exhibition space with others?
It is strictly forbidden to transfer, free of charge or for a fee, all or part of the allocated space to third parties. The stands are intended exclusively for the display of brands previously approved by the organizer. Any alternative exhibition arrangements must be agreed in advance with the organiser.
What are the exhibitor's responsibilities during the event?
The exhibitor is fully responsible for stand setup, which must be done within the designated space. The exhibitor is also responsible for safeguarding their products and cleaning the assigned exhibition area. Furthermore, the exhibitor must manage the necessary customs procedures and declarations, if applicable, and have the relevant documents during the entire duration of the exhibition.
Can I sell directly during the event?
It is forbidden to make direct sales inside the fair. The organizer has the right to carry out checks and can close the stand immediately in case of violation of the rules. The exhibitor is not entitled to claim compensation in such cases. However, the exhibitor can accept pre-orders and offer special discounts for the show in their online store.
Will photos and videos be taken during the event?
The organizer takes photographs and records videos during the entire event. By participating in the event, the exhibitor grants the organizer permission to use such materials, logos and trademarks exclusively for promotional purposes before, during and after the exhibition. The organizer is not responsible for any unauthorized reproductions or publications of the exhibited goods and locations.
Who is responsible for any damage during the event?
The organizer assumes no responsibility for any intentional or accidental damage caused to participants or goods exhibited during the exhibition. The exhibitor assumes full legal responsibility for any damage caused to people or property by the materials exhibited or by any act carried out by the exhibitor himself, his representatives or collaborators.
Are there any restrictions for exhibitors?

Exhibitors cannot:

  • Use drills, nails or screws on the stands, floor or walls of the exhibition area.
  • Modify the stand provided in any way.
  • Displaying unacceptable products or brands.
  • Use machinery that does not comply with public health and safety regulations.
  • Drive or park vehicles within the exhibition area, except in the areas indicated by the organizer.
  • Light fires or use explosive materials.
  • Use smelly products.
  • Display promotional material that may offend common sense of decorum.
What is the surveillance and insurance policy during the event?
The organizer provides a night surveillance service to prevent theft and damage, managed by a specialized company. There is an additional fee for insurance against theft, fire and damage to materials displayed during the closing hours of the event. During opening hours and during the set-up and dismantling phases, exhibitors are responsible for the custody and surveillance of their exhibition areas and the materials on display.
What happens in case of cancellation or changes to the event?
The organizer reserves the right to change the date, times and location of the event without any obligation towards the exhibitors. In case of cancellation of the event, only the participation fee paid will be refunded. Travel costs, hotels and other expenses incurred will not be refunded.
